One of the most highly experienced piano studios in the Cardiff and Vale area, Cardiff Piano School is pleased to be offering lessons to students in Cowbridge. My bespoke studio is located just a 10 minute walk away from Cardiff city centre, within half an hour's drive of Cowbridge by car or by bus.

I have been based in Cardiff since 2021. I have a wealth of experience teaching the piano in the UK and in China.
After graduating from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff, I taught at Jimei University in Xiamen, China and was a senior teacher at Kah Kee Art Educational Centre. I have over 5 years experience teaching pupils one-to-one.
My home studio is equipped with a professional grade Yamaha U1 upright piano, a waiting area for parents as well as an iPad which I use to enhance lessons.

I teach any piano syllabus, most notably ABRSM and Trinity College London. However, for all of my students, I work to put a bespoke lesson plan in place - as I know how boring it can get just working from a book! I work with all my students to find out what they want to play, as well as what they should be doing to develop their musical ability and technique, and put tailored learning goals and plans in place to ensure all my students get the most out of their lessons.
Many of my students have gone on to achieve merits and distinctions in graded exams and university performances.
