Piano Lessons in Cardiff
Private piano tuition from our bespoke studio.
Professional piano tuition in Cardiff.
My name is Rushuang and I am a professional piano teacher based in Cardiff. I offer bespoke, tailored piano tuition to a huge variety of students. Based in Cardiff since 2021 (and having studied here from 2017 - 2019), I offer the highest quality piano tuition available.
I teach from my home studio, conveniently located near Cardiff City Centre and Cardiff Bay, where I have a professional grade Yamaha U1 upright piano, a waiting area for parents as well as an iPad which I use to enhance lessons.
What you can expect
Irrespective of your age range, if you've never touched a piano before, I provide expert tuition to get you started and playing within no time!
If you've been playing a few years and have a solid grasp of the keyboard, but maybe you are looking for a new teacher, I can help you.
I cater for students preparing for conservatoire auditions, adults who have been playing most of their lives as well as students preparing for Grade 8 and diploma level.

Although I came into my lessons a complete beginner, I was made to feel relaxed and that I could learn at my own pace. Since taking lessons I've progressed far quicker than I ever thought I could.

Frequently asked questions.
This isn't a problem. I'll be able to teach you to a certain level, but there will come a time where if you want to improve, you'll need to invest in a proper instrument. I can help you choose one.
I love teaching beginners! I can work with you or your children to help you embark on your musical journey - all you need is a piano and a smartphone!
My courses are rolling. We don't tie you into a long contract or subscription like some teachers do - all you need to do is give two weeks' notice.
I can work with you to develop a practice schedule so that you can practice when you have the time. However, if you can't invest enough time into the piano, you may not improve as fast as you want to.
I have a Master's degree in music. I also teach students who are preparing to go to university, those who are preparing for diploma exams or conservatory entrants. Contact me and I can help you.
